What is your reasoning for force staff over blink dagger?
I would say that perhaps the Force staff gives more reliable escape after swap? Sure, you might think you'll react in time to use that blink, but there might be something on the ground etc. that puts your blink to CD (Pudge fart cloud as an example.) In that case Blink is no help and Force staff may allow you to ninja one of their weaklings, kill him with team and make an escape.
So the way I see it, Force Staff gives you a little wiggle room for riskier swaps if you intend to keep on hard pressure. Keep the ganks coming, keep pushing the lanes when they have more dudes in graveyard etc.
