Only the main target you attacked will get the debuff, everything else will only get cleaved and unaffected by orb effects, if you want to know more about cleaving there here is the link from playdota.com

Question if you or anyone knows would Corruption proc on the AOE hits from Battlefury? o.o that would change my mind 100%.

And I must have removed heart and assault curi*** by accident. I do not take desolator personally though I will not deny it is a very good and effective item.

Well I lied I will make a note about it. I have preferences but if things go a long time or I feel it's really needed I pick up desolator.

I don't really see Skeleton King as a homie lol, anyway, you should add more items like Heart of Tarrasque, Assault Cuirass, Desolator, etc. that work really well on him.
