This was a really well-written and well formatted guide that gave a lot of insight into the drafting process. I especially liked the "summary" section where you went over what each team did well and did poorly. If I had one criticism, I'd have made more mention of how much the draft revolved around Liquid and Newbee's signature heroes, which was only really addressed with regards to the Earth Spirit ban. Despite this, it's one of the best guides I've seen so far in terms of content and being engaging.
Thank you so much. I see what you mean since I didn't mention GH or MindControl once. I only mentioned their staple heroes, without talking about the players.
I think the reason for this is that I was trying to find a middle way between writing a drafting guide that you can apply to your games (be it as a 5 stack, in tournaments or even in pubs) while also providing a decent real-life example from a top level draft.
Most likely though, if I ever do another draft analysis, it won't include the "how to draft" part and focus more on actual esports.
