Shackle shot is your key to first blood, putting it not until level 4 will be a mistake.
I agree with this. Windrun at lvl 1 is standard but you dont really need powershot at lvl 2. Shackle at lvl 2 is a better idea and then you can get start lvling powershot. You need at least one lvl in shackle before powershot.
