can u explain a bit more about the reason for not taking vladmir's offerings ?
Vladimir's offerings is NOT a must item. It is only optional if you have sustaining problems, but your webs health regeneration and your ultimate's 80% lifesteal should be enough to get your health back up, so it is not really worth wasting your money when you can buy better items, and own the game.

The reason I wait is because I'm normally soloing hard lane and am not going for early kills necessarily in a 1 vs 2 situation. spin web needs to be upgraded as fast as possible so I can increase the area at which I can be invisible, and so that I can have more regen for harass and last hitting.
And maybe switch
