Hello, hi :) thanks for the comment homie, I personally like the Battlefury build for the nice regen so im going to leave it in, and I just love being able to get around the map quickly and fortunately the maim stacks with Jinada so it isn't wasted! :) I dont like the Medallion of Courage cause using it removes your invisibility and so you loose a bit of the surprise and the backstab damage from Shadow Walk. But thanks for the tips on Vladimir's Offering and Black King Bar, they could actually go into the Situational section espacially since vlads gives you mana regen and obviously hp regen :) Thanks very much for the comment, very helpful! <3

i would pick deso + vlads over battlefury every day. even if it costs more, it gives more damage and helps your team more. and you dont need HP regen that much earlygame, if you want it just get bottle.
and honestly if you really want the maim get a heavens halberd instead of S&Y. atleast it has a great active.

making battlefury on bounty makes the same amount of sense as making it on mirana or weaver.

Man, I love that Desolator + Bottle build!
Oh and one thing if you don't mind, try to do the Friends and Foes section just like what I did with my Razor guide bro.

You don't need Battle Fury on Bounty Hunter since he's not a farmer. Desolator is always a core pick up on him later Vladmir's Offering. No need of Sange and Yasha you already have 100 times better slow. Orchid Malevolence is a situational item for escape heroes like Mirana, Morphling, Anti-Mage etc. When picking up Desolator and Vladmir's Offering next item should be Butterfly, Monkey King Bar or Assault Cuirass. It's fine just have to remove Battle Fury and Sange and Yasha. Add Vladmir's Offering and Black King Bar the rest is fine. I think a Medallion of Courage can be introduced. Also add Drum of Endurance as situational.

please study game mechanics yourself some more, i know for sure that my game knowledge is better becouse of the fact that you even suggested battlefury and S&Y. and becouse almost nothing that you said makes sense.

jinada scales exponentially yes, so why do you get 2 mediocre damage items? anso note my comments on battle fury which you completely ignored.

you say soul burn MOC leaves you open to counters, ofcourse not, he is silenced and cant attack. also note wandering's comment, medallion doesnt decrease your armor in the sense that i gives the same amount. so please dont embarrass youself anymore.

and again, if you aim to do a lot of damage to your enemies with 1 jinada, THEN WHY DONT YOU GET DESO MKB INSTEAD OF ****PY S&Y AND BATTLEFURY?

you also cant rely on passives, especially when the chance is so low as it is with S&Y. the sange is pretty useless as a result.

sure this might work in pubs, but why would you make a ****ty guide and call it legit becosue it is a pub guide?

I'm sorry if I came across patronizing, just what I meant to say is that a Battlefury does not necessarily make a Bounty Hunter bad at killing :) I can see what you mean and I added 2 extra builds earlier today, one of which includes an Orchid Malevolence and one that completely skips the Battlefury and goes straight to a Desolator and Bottle. So although you may think I'm ******ed for building a Battlefury, that is my personal preference, and I have still added sections for other players preferred playing styles. So my guide isn't ****ty. Im sorry if I offended you :( </3

My dear fellow. Perhaps a bit of research on game mechanics is required because what you are suggesting for a substitute leaves you with 163 damage as opposed to 308.5 damage on a level 14 BH. Not to mention that crits increase EXPONENTIALLY with damage, and by having to activate your soul burn and MOC you substitute your backstab damage and leave yourself visible to counter. You are also left with no added hp regen and a much less effective slow as well as chasing mechanism. Also you can be counter ganked easier due to your armour reduction you have just created. Before your next comment please study some of the game mechanics before you are too quick to judge.

a nice guide overall +1 for you
1-you also need to add Lion in the friends because of his spike, hex combo

2-you can add that Bounty Hunter is a good counter to invisible heroes like Riki and Clinkz because of Track

3-also just remove the Battlefury thing because it's nearly never picked because of it's very situational usage on Bounty Hunter

4-also note that Zeus can be a good counter to you because of his Truesight spell's and his nuking power's he can kill you very fast

still this is your first guide so you did a good job so again +1 for you

Thanks very much for such a positive comment and the + 1 :) I'll definitely take what you have said into account and make some changes :) expect to see your name on the change log soon! Thanks again :)

Haha +rep for that brilliant post! <3
Umm ok where do I begin. Ill start by explaining my item choices. I assume when you were talking about ministuns you were referring to a Monkey King Bar? Well the reason that I put this item into my build is because it gives a far higher amount of damage than a skull basher, yes granted its more expensive, but at this stage of the game you will probably find that you have no lack of farm. A nice little extra bonus to an mkb is that it also does 100 magic damage on a bash which is quite nice, and counters all butterfly holders perfectly. I also tend to go for the higher damage items because I am always aiming for one crit kills on squishy enemy heroes. That is just better than coming B) Also in terms of Track usage, I did write a relatively lenghty bit of the guide on raping the **** out of it.

On the point of Bounty Hunter not being a carry. Yes it is true, he cannot effectively carry as hard as many other heroes such as Anti-Mage and Faceless Void but if built and played correctly he can be more of a mid game carry than both of them, and that is when you deprive them of farm and xp to hopefully help the other carry in your team bring you to victory :)

In terms of items, I can see where you are coming from, but my explanation on the choice of a Battlefury is that it provides great hp and mana regen as well as very decent damage for an early - mid game item with regen included. There are however substitutes if you have got a bit of bag space. These include either the Orchid Malevolence build that I have put up, or the more suitable Desolator Bottle build :)

On the subject of allies and enemies. I was writing this guide two nights ago and was fairly tired so I obviously missed out some of these heroes :P Ill add them to the guide immediately. Thanks very much for the ideas <3

On the point of him not scaling well. It is true that the only move that really scales is Jinada, but I believe that if you capitalise on this enough, you can scale BH into the late game effectively. Especially if you manage to keep your enemies down in the dust :P

The reason I level Jinada first is because it also is the skill that has the most potential for a FIRST BLOOD kill, with its slow. And in terms of maxing out Shuriken Toss, I like to do this because I feel as though it is a huge waste of ganking potential if it is not maxed first because it obviously doesnt scale at all into the late game :)

I hope I have answered all your questions and you will feel as though my guide is worth a + 1 :) Thanks very much for the advise, this comment made my day a lot more interesting ! <3 :)

Sorry to say but I disagree with almost everything in this guide, but hey I'm not really that negative or hating or anything so, constructive feedback:
  • First of bounty hunter is NOT a carry he can be played a semi-carry and a ganker but never carry
  • Why would you skill jinada first? that leaves you with no early game escape at all really,in addition with a bit of practice you can last hit easily with bh
  • It is a good idea to get to get 2 levels of shadow walk early as this allows for permanent invis
  • On the cons list you should probably add that he scales extremely poorly late game
  • Shurikan Toss shouldn't be maxed first, it doesn't scale very well with levels and its best feature is its miny stun which cancels channeling/tp scrolls etc. and it is good for finishing off, not for dealing damage
  • You already have a ministun in shruikan toss that is ranged and unless theenamy has evasion(butterfly or a PA or example) a Skull basher would be a far better(and cheaper) choice
  • I really don't like to play with a Battlefury as there are plenty of more cost efficient items that provide similar if not better stats and the cleave is really not that useful for bh
  • an Eye of Skadi can be a good late game item with the slow and a really nice stat bonus
  • in term of enemies you would probably want to add anyone with a major stun or a nuke(e.g Lina, Sven) as they can just burst you down
  • Track is also a great item for you and your team as it grants a gold bonus upon kill which is HUGE in early/mid game and can really put your team ahead
  • Orchid it great if against a caster orientated team as when silenced they can't do **** to you.
  • I feel like their are a few enemies not mentioned, things that come to mind are: Batrider, Legion Commander, anyone really tanky( Lone Druid etc.) Soul Keeper, Silencer(because he counter like everything), and Rubick as you will quickly find yourself tracked and then dead

Well I think thats all that comes to mind just now, I shall withhold my vote in hope of changes or a long argument ;)

Please not this is all my opinion im not Jesus
