Wex is more important for team fights than exort.
A disarm that last 1 sec longer is more important than hitting once with more damage.
A whole team can do much more damage than just one hit with max Exort....
Also exort is very usefull in pub games ,but when you play with friens you will see that wex has a high priority to.
If you play a game in dota 2. The chance of joining drow and sniper in the game is very high.
When you are killed a few times(ex. Drow) than she is already feeded.
She don't need a lot of gold to be good.
Also the phase boots allows you to escape and attack enemys quickly
The reason there is 1 point to qu*** is because cold snap is realy usefull in the start game.
I don't think you clearly understood what I said, I was mostly agreeing with your skill and item build. This is what I wrote:
Drow Ranger and Sniper cannot be considered hard carries (they just need a Shadow Blade against pub players, thus they don't really need farm after 15-20 minutes), but you will find them in mid lane a lot of times as you said in the guide.
I was stating that the Phase Boots are very useful for this build, you just forgot to put them between the "early game" items.
Putting one or two early points in Quas is a perfect choice, I was arguing about prioritizing Wex over Exort past level 10 which, in my opinion, is not a good choice.

The item build is pretty weird too, you are supposed to buy a pair of Phase Boots as soon as you can (but I think you meant to buy them anyway since there's a set of Blades of Attack between your starting items) and then Force Staff; after it you can pick whatever you feel it's needed.
About the skill build, I'd rather max out Exort before Wex if you want to go for this kind of build, putting levels on it just if you can't put more on Exort and leaving one or two early points in Quas.

Actually hard carries are usually in the safe lane: the mid is the lane for gankers/semi carries like Queen of Pain, Night Stalker, Batrider and Templar Assassin, even though in pubs you can find hard carries played as gankers aswell ( Drow Ranger and Sniper).
If you are getting confused, hard carries are like Anti-Mage, Faceless Void, Medusa, Phantom Assassin, Sven and so on.
