Treant Protecter is a good hero but I have one flaw with him. In a team how do you lane him.

I am looking for a 3-1-1 lanes.

I am thinking you could send him solo lane and max his invis but that is easily countered with wards and when I tried mid he was too week vs something that is normally mid. That leaves the jungle or tri lane.

I think I can speak for every one that he can not jungle, I tried oh how I tried. That leaves him part of a tri lane. Since he has a slow it might work if you send him with people like Wind Runner and Lone druid.

Thoughts?
My lone druid starting items are 12 Iron wood branches, 6 for the hero and 6 for the bear. Even if the bear does not get stats more twigs are OP on any hero.

treant protector is amazing at laning. I'm not sure what build your using but he can be either mid or lane. Mid his regeneration basically protects you from all harrass and his invis is a nice escape during lane. it is countered with wards but all invis are so that doesn't really discount the ability much. especially sense it also grants you a speed bonus.

On Treant Protector, I'd keep Nature's Guise as level 1, and max Leech Seed and Living Armor.

Since you'll be on a trilane, the Leech Seed will be a great slow and also a pretty good damage and heal. Considering your base attack damage is so high, you'll also deal some nice damage by auto-attacking them.

About jungling, all he can do is stack and pull, nothing more.
