Why are there commentators who have never played Dota, or do not fully understand it >.>

I find it annoying when people comment on games they no nothing about, since it is a ton of assumption and just generally wrong.

Well tbh(being as newbie as the shoutcasters there) that the explaining the Dota pro(even if only as a shoutcaster) did was usefully and because the match was pretty fast paced it was hard at times to notice everything. For example I saw that as the Spectator that it said an item had been used(dust cloud or w/e) but because the main DotA guy was focused on explaining something else it had past by the time he had his attention drawn to it had past.

Rather have a bunch of excited noobs to make it more entertaining.

And i must say i agree with Lich i find it very annoying to comment and argue about game you haven't played... But any way DOTA still kicks *** and you can't compare LOL or whatever other game to DOTA, Defend of the Ancients is simply the best ^^
