Want to learn some carries

Hi. I'm a Ratter/Support/Teamfight player. I play heroes such as Tinker, Nature's Prophet, Lycan, Witch Doctor, Chen, Earthshaker, Lich, Sand King, Keeper of the Light, Enigma and Disruptor. (Sometimes I play other heroes. I've been trying to learn to play Elder Spirit).

I see myself as a medium-good player. I know how to do most support stuff and i'm somewhat good with positioning.
I love playing game changers such as prophet, Enigma and Disruptor. I really like that feeling when you win that epic team fight and you know that it was because you warded right, positioned yourself right and used your ultimate at the right time.
I'm really good at understanding the map and knowing where it's safe to go and where it's not.

But, I can't play carries. The only exception is those ratty heroes, Puck and OD, and I can't play him very good. Which carry is the best one for me, and any tips on how to play that carry?
