Tired Of Being A Noob-Mentors Needed

Hey guys I have been playing Dota2 for a few months off and on but this month, spent some serious time playing. I have 32 wins/51 Losses, Hades4U gave me a few good tips but I'm still really struggling on what to do when I only have a certain amount of gold or what to do when I'm behind in leveling compared to the other team being fed constantly. I don't like to quit games unless it says it is safe to leave the match. Please someone be a life saver!
