Need general guidance and want to focus on support (EU-W)

Hi,
I'm not really new to moba's, I played a bit Dota 1 back in the days and a mild dosage of LoL :D I was never really good in these games, because I just played them casualy. I played 4 or 5 games of Dota 2 when it was released, but was too confused about things that happend in game and went back to LoL :) I recently came back to Dota 2 and somehow I'm hooked now and want to make an effort to get decent in this game. I always like playing support, so it would be nice to find someone to teach me.
I'm playing on EU-West.

I don't know what kind of experience level you're looking for, I'm not the best player out there, but I play lots and lots of support. I also don't know whether you are looking for a coach or looking for someone to play with and show you the ropes at the same time. My mic is busted atm and I don't use skype so I don't really use voice chat; coaching wise I probably can't help, but if you want me to play with you (as a carry so you can support me) then I might be of assistance.
