Looking For Support Mentor

Hi!

I feel a little bad that my first post here is to ask for help despite not really being a part of the community yet, but I really want to get better at DOTA2 >.<

I'm always a support player. The satisfaction I get from pulling off a perfect assist with a tether or slow or pulling someone out of the fire with heals and helping them turn the tides makes me all happysauce all over more than any other game I've ever tried to be support in. I really want to continue getting sucked into DOTA2 because over the last three years I've pretty much played every game halfway and lost interest.

Unfortunately, I don't really have a lot of time in this game so far. Right now I only have about 31 hours and really only know about three supports well; Dazzle, Lich, and Bane. I understand that I have a long road ahead of me, but I'd like to improve with the help of a seasoned player because I always have a bad feeling I'm doing something wrong or there could be something tweaked for the better and I just don't see it.

Things I know I need to know:
Warding
Supporting a gank
Intel on enemy hero abilities
Denying and helping my lane get quicker last hits
Proper item builds for certain situations or desired effect
Pies are delicious

I'm not really sure how this whole thing works or how I can compensate and I could if I knew how, but I'd appreciate any help I could get, be it just messaging or sitting in on a game or two.
