Brought together by our firm belief in the power of loyalty, organisation and teamwork we are an international multi-gaming community. Founded in 2012 and developed by veterans of online clans DI is a constantly evolving solution to the problem of doing things right. Fighting to prove that a tight-knit family atmosphere in the competitive world is an advantage; our 5 year plan includes making a splash in the moba scene. We've spent the last 2 years stress testing our framework and now we're ready to move to the next stage. This is where you come in.



We are particularly interested in applicants with:
-Prior experience in leadership / web design / streaming
-Mature dota players interested in training others
-EU3 SHK players

If any of the above apply to you please mention it within your application. If you do not meet that criteria you are still welcome as we're currently doing open recruitment. DI membership comes with access to our comprehensive initiation and leadership training.

We offer an organizational structure second to none in the clan scene, including an established chain of command and a clearly defined structure. We use this organization along with our strong emphasis on communication to lay waste to even the toughest opponent. To facilitate our organization Damage Incorporated uses two main resources to communicate, our forums and our Teamspeak 3 server. The use of which ensures clear communication and activity. We take gaming quite seriously and put a strong focus on our community fabric as well. If you trust the people you are playing with success in and out of game is assured.
