starting a casual team. looking for friendly players.

hey guys im tired of playing in pubs where u dont have a chance to play well. so i decided i want to start a team thats casual. what i mean is im looking for players that are not that good that have a basic understanding of the game and CM mode.I too dont have expirience in a team this will be my first so i am looking for players that dont have expirience or atleast 1 team expirience. i want a team that can play almost every night and can help each other to improve their game. here are the requirements

-HAS MIC
-LOOKING TO FORM A STORNG FRIENDSHIP WITH THE TEAM
-CANADA OR US AREA
-LOOKING TO ENJOY THE GAME WITH THE TEAM

thats about it whats important is that you are super friendly. Im asian and new to this country ( canada ) so im looking for friends that can play with me. we will decide on our team name and nicknames and roles once we have chosen the players. looking forward to playing with you guys =) anyone interested pls post i am more than welcome to entertain you =)
