Looking for two Intermediate players from US west.

My Steam name is Sir Dog, and I am looking for two players to complete my 3-man team.

We usually play about 4-6 games a day, since we're trying to reach a skill level that'd let us compete in tourneys.
The only requirements I have for people interested are: Being 18+, having a microphone, and knowing how to communicate.

I am interested but I also have responsibilities leading my clan. I am sure that you have your own ambitions and plans, but hear me out. Right now I am trying to build my clan up to a competitive tournament level. I fit all of your requirements by the way. At the moment we need some skilled players. So far by making sure my clan has all of the resorces they need to learn, understand, and grow better at the game as much as they can. I have used links and YouTube videos for this cause consisting of combos, guides, and even custom made line ups that I have struggled on making sure every inch fits in the needed role requirements needed for successfull games. I also use my iPhone to study and I have forum pages made specifically for these purpouses. So far after a couple of months of being in my clan. Most of my former members and current members have improved by double or even triple from when I first met them. Now I am sure you have figured out where I am going with this. I manage the clan alone, but I can't play in competitive dota 2 matches alone. And even though I could train my members to even surpass me, I am looking for some skilled recruits to speed up the process and my clan needs a tournament team. I am great at organizing anything. Strategies, clans, teams, you name it. Except cleaning. I suck at organizing my room. Anyways i am sure a leader of a team like yourself has already considered the fear of being second to me being in my clan and not being able to be a co administer cuz there is a limit to 1 for that rank. Before you say no I want you to consider that you lead an intermediate team yourself so you would have as many strings on me as you may think I could have had on you if not being that you would be a valuable recruit considering the average dota players skill level. -_-
