Looking for group..

Hi guys, I'll keep this short.

I'm tired of being matched up with people who have no idea, who rage quit after being first blood, etc. I'm sure everyone can relate.

I'm not a grand player by any means, but I understand the different rolls, & generally how to fulfill them. I'm now finding my self in games where I'm teamed with a group of players who have absolutely no concept of team work... I'm lucky to get another player who understands when to back, initiate, etc.

I'm looking for a group of players who're a bit more serious & willing to give insight & help me improve. I try to learn off every loss, but it does get frustrating when you fulfill your roll in the team & play well, whilst the rest of your team ***** foots around & are too scared to initiate. I'm not the guy who drags the entire team down.

We have a variety of experienced players ranging from new to 6 years of experience. Communication is key for DOTA 2 so we have our own communications server. I am looking for the exact same kind of players. Random matchmaking can get annoying sometimes, especially when it seems like a bunch of games in a row the odds are stacked against you. I, as well as some of my fellow clan members, would be more than willing to play games with you and offer advice to help you play better. We're in it to have fun, and it's no fun when you're constantly paired up with a bad team.
