Looking for Decent Team

I am a pretty confident Tiny, Zeus, and Clinkz player. I usually solo mid with all the heroes but sometimes with Tiny and Clinkz I do sides. I've been tired of playing with random newbies and wasting my time on a pointless loss. I have 7 abandons all because of computer/Dota2/steam crashes and I have NEVER left a game other than crashes.
