Just looking for a group to play w/

I'm just a casual player. Only play once or twice a day mostly because of my work.
But still w/ 400+ match and I have played dota like 6-7 yr and can play any role.
But recently I start to get frustrated w/ dota 2 MM system.
So I looking for a group/player/team I can call out to play w/ if they r online.


I'm Asian but mostly play on US/EU.
I have a mic and can speak english but prefer not to use it,I hate my accent :P
