Hiring player in team for competitive gaming (3.5k MMR min)

Hello guys!

My name is Tony, and I'm representing team **** (funky unicorns can't Kawaii) http://www.joindota.com/en/leagues/teams/10217-funky-unicorns-cant-kawaii

We need an either support or offlaner/initiator with minimum of 3.5k MMR from Europe or Russia, who can speak english relatively normal. We plan to play not so often (for about 2-3 games per week) in order to analyze games and make corresponding conclusions.
We would like to hire people who think positively about the gaming (including not blaming teammates in mistakes, pointing and explaining things instead). Although everyone is welcome and we are opened for discussions even if you didn't meet the MMR requirement, but we will not tolerate people who ruin friendly environment in team.
