4k EU player looking for a team

Hello! Sorry about the 3rd person introduction, had to make this post in a bit of a rush..

I do not have a criterion for the skill level of the team I want to play in. If we click as players, then we click. You have to try in order to know.

21 years old
Living in Finland
Dota experience: Around 3000 hours
Skill level: about 4k mmr
Time to play and practice: Lots and lots (unemployed and only looking for a part time job)
English: Fluent
Microphone: Check

Positions I tend to play
2 if teammate average skill is 3.5k or less
3, 4 and 5 if teammate average skill is about 4.0k
1 if teammate average skill is tending towards 4.5k and higher

Strengths
Above average lasthitting and farming skills, with respect to my skill level
More knowledge of micro mechanics than most people in my skill level
A good communicator and a teamplayer
Wants to get better at Dota very, very much


Weaknesses
Not great at dewarding camps :'D
Only recently started watching competitive matches
