The White Reaper

Basically what I was thinking of was a hero who is a support but has an ulti similar to axe
With Quotes such as "I will end your pain" and like " I must save them from this vice"

Ability 1: Instantly Kill a allied creep for mana
Ability 2: Lifesteal AOE
Ability 3: Can kill a allied hero as a suicide
Ulti, End Their Pain: The white reaper kills anyone with a low hp in a certain radius. To make sure the ulti is not OP the all the heroes he/she kills must have very low HP.

Anyways thanks for reading and feel free to add anything you can think of

I think changes to his q and w would go a long way tawards helping this hero. They are both already in the game, he doesnt need mana anyways, and none of his abilities currently combo together.
I love his e though, and the ult seems ok as long as it is like 150-300-450 hp.
