Q - Reveal
Active, point target.
Shows all (non-invisible) enemy heroes/illusions within a 500/750/1000/1250 radius passively. When cast, grants vision over 350/400/550/600 radius area globally for 5 seconds. 12 cooldown, 50 mana.
A third eye can be difficult. This is my only one.
W - Cloud
Active, point target, pierces spell immunity.
30 cooldown, 150/200/250/300 mana. 300 cast range.
Creates a 200/250/300/350 radius cloud that has game-changing effects that change based on spells level. (Affects allies and enemies). Lasts 4 seconds.
1.Provides 20/30/40/50% evasion to all inside of it.
2.#1, plus cloud blocks all vision inside the cloud (excluding track, Reveal, Bloodseeker, etc.), and entering cloud disjoints projectiles. (If you are outside the cloud, you cant see in. If you are inside the cloud, you see normally. If an ally is inside the cloud, you still can't see into it.)
3.#1,2, plus illusions are distinguishable inside cloud (to Reveal), and applies dust of appearance debuff for 10 seconds.
4.#1,2,3, plus aoe spells exclude cloud from their aoe. (exception: Chronosphere)
Consider yourself fortunate. Many go their entire life without seeing this.
E - Join Me!
Active, targets enemy heroes, does not peirce spell immunity, weak dispellable.
12/11/10/9 cooldown, 100/90/80/70 mana cost. Join me!'s cast range is equal to Reveal's passive radius (250 if it is not leveled).
Inborn active. Targets an enemy hero with a gem of true sight. Peirces Spell Immunity, not dispellable.
0 mana, 50 cooldown, 1250 cast range. Can autocast.
Makes the target see nonexistent invisible things. At any point, they will see all 5 enemy heroes invisible and moving about, with a 50% chance of a duplicate. They will also see techies bombs, TA traps, etc. in random locations. These apparations can be attacked and appear to take damage, but cannot be killed. Lasts 10 seconds.

Inborn passive
The Blind Seer has 0/0 vision and cannot gain more. Additionally, enemies that attack him do not grant him vision of them. The only way for the Blind Seer to have vision of an area is to have an ally nearby, cast reveal, or have reveal's passive vision.

R - Alone
Active, Targets: Special, Does not Pierce Spell immunity, but is applied if it wears off during the duration. Not Dispellable.
65/50/35 cooldown. Costs 100% of the informant’s current mana or 250/300/350 mana, whichever is higher.
Affects all enemies that are inside of Reveal's passive range (250 if not leveled). Removes all vision the target receives from something that is not themselves (Wards, allied heroes, creeps, buildings, as if they were the only unit on their team. If a target's ally has a gem of true sight, the target does not get the benefit from it). Lasts 4/6/8 seconds.

Upgrades - Alone, becomes global and reduces enemies vision to 800/800 while affected by it.
Talents
10: +60 gpm/ +175 hp
15: +30 damage/ -30% cd
20: Cloud doesn't grant benefits to enemies or problems for allies/ Reveal lasts until cast again(infinite duration)
25: Reveal (passive and active) show invisible units/ +3 seconds Alone duration

Where is the stats ?
I think is hero is an excelent support for giving vision.
I recommend this hero primary attributes is Intellegence cause he use up many mana.
