Staghal the Lupine Bully



Introduction


Lupine Bully is a melee strength hero equipped with spells whose efficiency varies based on time during a teamfight. Frost Gale, an AoE around him, slows down nearby enemies and freezes them in place if they stay in it for too long, opening an opportunity to deal a single critical strike on them. Frigid Fang, a single target nuke, deals excruciating damage to enemies but the damage scales off with multiple uses with movement slow being more dominant. His passive, Savage Thirst, causes his attacks and movement speed to increase as he stays around enemy heroes. His ultimate, Carnage, allows him to pounce between enemies, stunning and damaging them with a critical strike. In a teamfight, his early damage source is Frigid Fang which is good with 1 or 2 strikes on a target or to deal massive damage to large amounts of people but one by one. While he bites away at enemies, his passive accumulates damage and movement speed. Severely affected by Frigid Fang's accumulative slow, they can now barely escape his Frost Gale, almost guaranteeing a freeze. Finally, his ultimate cleans up the enemies amplified by Frost Gale's freeze.

[Q] Frost Gale (Mana Cost:110, Cooldown:22/20/18/16, No Target, Magical)
Lupine Bully spins wildly, unleashing a freezing gale which slows down nearby enemies. Enemies who stay too long inside the gale will freeze. Frozen enemies are disabled for the duration or until they take damage which, if it is an attack, will gain a critical strike. Lupine Bully cannot attack or use spells and items but can freely move during Frost Gale.

Freeze Max Duration: 1.5
Freeze Damage Amplification: 20%/40%/60%/80%

[W] Frigid Fang (Mana Cost:120, Cooldown:10/8/6/4, Target Unit, Magical)
Lupine Bully bites the target with his frigid fangs, damaging and slowing them. Each bite adds a stack of Frozen Wounds debuff on the target which decreases the damage taken from frigid fang but increases its movement slow. Each stack decreases damage taken by 50% of the previous stack minus 25 and increases the movement slow by 50% of the previous stack.

Base Movement Slow: 20%
Debuff Duration: 8

*Respectively, consecutive frigid fangs deal 325/175/100/62.5 ... and slows 20%/30%/45%/67.5% ...

[E] Savage Thirst (Passive)
Lupine Bully's thirst for violence increases his attack damage and movement speed over time when near enemy heroes. The attack damage bonus decreases if he attacks, but the movement speed bonus persists. When no enemy heroes are nearby, both bonuses slowly decrease.

Lupine Bully snaps into a chaotic frenzy, swiftly pouncing between enemies dealing amplified attack damage and stunning them. Pierces spell immunity.

Pounce Stun Duration: 3/3.5/4
Pounce Max Distance: 400
Pounce Interval: 0.35
Maximum Pounces: 3/4/5
