Soul Torture
Deals 400 Damage, silences and amplifies the damage the target takes by 30%. The bonus damage from amplification is dealt immediately.

Nobody would have enough time to gather 7k plus gold. And the active is just bizzare. The whole world would buy it. Supports will cease to exsist as they all will be ksing like mad just to get this Staff. Too OP, money required is too great, an overall poor item.

Is it ok now? Also, only some cannot farm 7k gold in a match, most matches you farm 15k gold or more.
