The only damsel of the southern Water Tribe who is bestowed with the ability to puppeteer water according to her own will, Katara is the prodigy of waterbenders. Having the heart of Ocean Spirit and the wit of Moon Spirit, some claimed that perhaps this waterbender had been touched by the spirits themselves. A swing of her hand here and a puff of her breath there, even the most torrid water of boiling lakes freeze in a matter of second. Irrigate her, irrigate the surrounding and she can either heal or kill. Either way none may charge her. Her innocence is as pure as the unsullied sacred water of the Northern Pole Oasis, the very inviting chasm where Tui and La lives for she hold dearly strong on Kyoshi's wisdom to her husband; only justice will bring peace. If eradication is the price of justice, she won't hesitate to sever her nemesis' heads off their body.
Healing Water - Using the magic of water, she heals a friendly unit, restoring its health and energy over 5 seconds. Does not dispel on attack.
Level 1 - Restores 18 hp and mana per second.
Level 2 - Restores 36 hp and mana per second.
Level 3 - Restores 54 hp and mana per second.
Level 4 - Restores 72 hp and mana per second.
Surfing Ice - Katara uses her skills of bending ice to increase her mobility where she surfs towards a target point and return to where she started, leaving behind her an elliptical trail of impenetrable ice. If she collides with any enemy unit upon surfing, the enemy unit will be damaged and be frozen for a mere 1 second. The ice trail lasts for certain amount of time.
Manacost - 150
Cooldown - 13 seconds
Maximum range - 800/900/100/110
* When she start to surf, she will gain a new temporary ability, Stop Surfing which takes the button of this skill in the interface.
* Katara may stop from surfing with the Stop Surfing ability.
* The ice trail will fully materialize once Katara reaches her initial position or if she stops.
* The ice trail blocks magic immune unit, the collision however does not freeze and damage them.
* AoE of collision is 175.
Freezing Splash - Katara splashes water around her, which freezes immediately, causing any enemy unit within 250 AoE around her to be completely disabled and immobilized.
* Freezes magic immune unit.
* Frozen units are completely disabled; they cannot attack, they cannot cast spell and channeling spells are interrupted.
* Katara can walk away from the area.
Blade Matrix - Katara creates a matrix of extremely sharp blade made by water around her which protects her from any damage as well as damages all enemy unit within 350 AoE around her over 5 seconds.
I think the surfing ice and freezing splash combo is alittle too op. At level 4 each its 8 second stun combo on 1 hero even if they cant be attacked for the 4 seconds. How about making the surf a .4 second ministun and then freezing splash allowing them to be attacked(if they aren't. Other than that I like the hero
Ya, and put a radius on it. I also think that you should increase the damage so that at 1 it does 125, 2 it does 175, 3 it does 225 and at 4 it does 275. Is it skill shot or targetable too? Imo,you should buff the aoe of blade matrix and freezing splash by around 150 and lower the damage of blade matrix to 200, 300, 400.
If you don't mind could you make a toph beifong the earth/metal bender! But I agree with the comments above . As for the ulty I think you should do something involving her use of water arms or her famous water whip
Done with the editing . Sorry guys . I only changed the total damage of the ulti and not the way it works . All these skills are inspired from her battle with Azula during the day of the Sozin Comet .
Considering its not even a ultimate, a 740 heal and mana restore seems ridicously OP, even if its over 10 seconds.
740 hp ? What kind of math did you do ? Calculate it back . Hahaha . Let's take the skill at its highest level right ? It is 72 hp every second right for 5 seconds , so it is 72 x 5 = 360 hp and 360 mana only .
