A female strength based hero that specializes in chopping down trees and heroes alike. She can quickly fall trees to stun enemies and block their path. She can harvest trees to convert them to lumber to be sold for gold, but caring them comes at the expense of movement speed. Her bipolar nature means that she can be Focused or Furious and that affects her ability to hurl her axes at enemies. She can strike a single target for massive damage or do a small amount to damage a number units in front of her.
Lore
In the mountains beyond the Vale of Augury, lie magical and powerful woods. To the forces of nature, this is a sacred place, made to stay hidden and unknown. Yet inevitably the wider world grew aware of this untamed land, and with each passing winter, the outsiders grew bolder. Jill's family was one of first to arrive in this new land looking to harvest the forest and reap the rewards. They arrived with tools to cut and with flames to burn. Treant Protectors charged with keeping the peace in this dangerous land, ensure that none within encroach without reason and these outsiders were not welcome. It was there lone Protector that finally crushed the invaders. Jill, the only survivor, has vowed vengeance against all tress swearing one day to return to that valley and fall every tree to the ground.
Clears an area of forest destroying the trees and converting the trees to Lumber.

Lumber can be sold for 50 gold/stack
Lumber reduces movement speed by 10 / stack

Forest Walk
No tree can stand in my way.
This innate ability allows Jill to move around the forest with ease providing unobstructed movement through trees.
ABILITY: Passive AFFECTS: Self
Notes
If the passive is broken then Jill is stuck in the trees
unobstructed movement is granted through trees but not over cliffs
Focus
If Jill is shifted to Focus then Hurlbats' cooldown, mana cost, damage, stun duration, and travel distance are increased while the number of targets, and ending radius are decreased based on the amount she is focused.
Focus & Fury is a paired ability. Leveling one will level the other as well.
Require 100% shift to get to the stated attributes else it is a % of the amount
Can begin or end shifting while stunned, but not while silenced.
Does not count as casting a spell
Adjustments don't affect the cooldown retroactively
Fury
If Jill is shifted to Fury then Hurlbats' cooldown, manacost, damage, stun duration, and travel distance are decreased while the number of targets, and ending radius are increased based on the amount she is furious.

For this contest, my dream hero was to create a Female Strength Support hero (I know almost a contradiction of words). I wanted to also highlight how vector targeting can be used in a new way. I like the protentional of this hero to start out as support and transition into a core late game.
Strengths
Great mobility
Good chase and stickiness
Scouting power
Farm the jungle!
Weaknesses
Takes time spent not attacking / pushing / etc. to farm trees
Micro control of Fury and Focus is required to get it "just right"
Not much team utility

Big thanks to Mike Peace for the Jill the Jack artwork.
I would also like to thank CanadianChicken for his theorycraft
I'm also extremely grateful to everyone who gave me feedback and ideas to realize the concept.

Change the tree walking skill to be anything but a passive. I might be reading it wrong but the only way to stop her from doing this is to break her passives with something like Silver Edge. It would be better if this was a long lasting skill or something; basically there needs to be a weakness in the skill. Think of Broodmother, she has basically 100% up-time on unobstructed walking but it restricts her to specific areas of the map.
1. The gold collecting ability is here to stay, learn to love it!
2. I am currently not sold on the Forest Walk (It may become an activated or Aghanim's Scepter upgrade or be removed completely)
The gold collecting skill is bad for a few reasons.
1. Most notably is the changes it makes to the in-game economy. Notice that in almost all game play patches Valve adjusts how much gold is distributed by creeps, neutrals, runes, kill gold, assist gold, Greevil's Greed gold, Track gold, and Hand of Midas gold. The economy is very delicate and is something they are always trying to tweak to make balanced. There's no easy way to say if this skill is balanced or if it adds/subtracts from the game in a meaningful way.
2. It promotes solo play. There was a pretty good reason why they removed Iron Talon from the game. And there's another pretty good reason why almost everyone hates having a jungler on their team. This skill is in that vein.
3. It ruins the laning phase. Whether this hero is in the off lane or the safe lane she can win her lane, even is she loses it.
If you insist on keeping this skill, you should at the very least, provide more detail. You get 50 gold per stack, how much lumber is a stack? You can't transfer lumber to an ally but can the courier pick it up? Is the courier slowed by lumber? Does lumber in the backpack count as lumber that slows you? Does the lumber on the ground (I assume it spawns on the ground) ever despawn or does it remain there all game?
