If Blissful Melody was last used enemies are disarmed for (2/3/4/5) seconds

Silver Tongue knocks back enemies in a 475 AOE around D’SA and gains an additional effect depending on which ability was last used

If Power Chord was last used enemies take an additional (15/25/35/45%) damage for (4/6/8/10) seconds

If Silver Tongue was last used any allies in the AOE gain (4/8/12/16) armour for 10 seconds
If Blissful Melody was last used the Cooldown for Silver Tongue is reduced to 0


Blissful Melody

After Targeting an ally and healing them for ( 6%/9%/12%/15%) of their max health and gains an additional effect depending of which ability was last used

If Power Chord was last used the ally gains a bonus (15/25/35/45) attack speed for () Seconds

If Silver Tongue was last used both D’SA and the Targeted Ally gain True Sight in a 475 AOE for 15 Seconds

Voices Of Violence

Allies Within a 700 AOE of D’SA Gain a Buff, which gives a bonus effect to the allies spells the next time they are cast. (spells gain the buff once) (buff duration lasts 30 seconds)

If Power Chord was last used Spells gain a bonus (20%/35%/50% Slow for 4 seconds

If Silver Tongue was last used Allies gain a stacking move speed buff for buffed ability 5% move speed per stack (max 4) stacks last ( 20 seconds)

If Blissful Melody was last used allies gain (20%/35%/50%) spell lifesteal off their buff spells

If Voices of Violence was last used Spells deal Pure Damage

Hmm, combo-based hero again, I kinda like this while sorta not like it. I kinda like it because the hero introduces new ways of approaching the enemy and the hero is very unpredictable, because sure you can predict the outcome if let say E was last used but you won't know the mindset of your enemy, but the greatest downside is mana (which you did not indicate together with a bunch of other stuff) if I can see the mana then I'll maybe be able to make a full review.
