A large lumbering creature from an largely unknown race, only the most knowledgeable mystics and mages have heard of these giant creatures. They live in secrecy within far off mountain regions and are believed to be users of very old and strangely subtle magic. Gannd has wondered down to the battle front to represent and remind others that his race still exists, to show that the magic of his people has wide reaching effect and mostly to show that they are not weak.
Play Style: Gannd excels at being a front line supporter, harassing the enemy with his long range Aoe slow and providing a range of sustain for allies. Item builds with Gannd can make him one of the more formidable supports in the game.
Gannd jumps and stomps the earth, affecting all enemies in a wide Aoe. Although this move has a short cast time, casting it won't stop Gannd from moving, instead he continues moving for the cast duration. Ground Pound deals magic damage and slows each enemy effected.
Gannd lets out a massive bellow, sending magical currents through the air that bolster all allies in the Aoe. This provides a buff to each ally that mitigates the next source of damage they would take. An application of Bolster is consumed each time the ally would take damage from any source, magical and physical, stacks are also consumed to reduce damage from Dot affects. The mitigation amount is a flat amount and is applied to the damage before most other reduction/resistance modifiers. Bolster buffs can stack up to 10 at all ranks on each ally, can be cast while moving.

A mystical effect of ancient magic surrounds Gannd, reverberating each time himself or allies cast spells. Each time a friendly spell is cast within the Aoe of Acient Echo, the caster is healed by a flat amount plus a percentage of the spells mana cost. This means that spells with no mana cost still get the flat heal (does not proc off moves with no manacost and cooldown, Eg. troll axe stances).

[R] Ancient Presence
This ability has two parts, it provides Gannd with a passive at all times and gives a toggle feature. The passive applies to himself only, giving a damage reduction effect from all enemy sources. The amount reduced is a percentage and is applied after all other reduction/resistance effects for maximum efficiency. The toggle ability is another Aoe feature that effects all ally heroes and other player controlled units. This diverts a percentage of damage they would take and instead applies the damage to Gannd. Allies affected have a particle effect to show they are in range.
