Okay, so I've only recently just thought of this type of hero to make up, and this is what I'd like to see in Dota 2 some time!
(FIRST ONE SO BOUND TO MAKE A LOAD OF MISTAKES!)
The hero will start as a baby dragon and eventually evolve! (A BIT LIKE TINY)
Attribute to start with!
STR 20 + 2/Level Start Health Of 530 AGILITY 14 + 1.5/Level Start with 2 armour + 1.4 base armour INT 28 + 2.8/Level Start Mana Of 364 Attack Range - 400/500/600 (you'll see when you read on what I mean by this!) Movement Speed - 290/330/390
Attributes @ level 25!
STR 70 (2/Level) Level 25 Health Of 1480 AGILITY 51.5 (1.5/Level) Level 25 Armour of 7.3 INT 98 (2.8/Level) Level 25 Mana Of 1274
ABILITIES
Q - Active - Point - Splash Damage - Fireball! - Level 1 - The dragon spits a ball of fire at enemy causing them to take 75 Damage and 5 damage per second for the next 5 seconds.
Q - Active - Point - Splash Damage - Fireball! - Level 2 - The dragon spits a ball of fire at enemy causing them to take 150 Damage and 10 damage per second for the next 5 seconds.
Q - Active - Point - Splash Damage - Fireball! - Level 3 - The dragon spits a ball of fire at enemy causing them to take 225 Damage and 15 damage per second for the next 5 seconds.
Q - Active - Point - Splash Damage - Fireball! - Level 4 - The dragon spits a ball of fire at enemy causing them to take 300 Damage and 20 damage per second for the next 5 seconds.
W - Active - Point - Area Effect (Range 500) - Duration 5 - Dragons ROAR! - - Level 1 - Causes enemies to get scared, making them have a 15% rate of missing there attacks. However if it hits a Dragon breed Ally/Enemy it gives them a bonus attack speed of 10.
W - Active - Area Effect (Range 600) - Duration 6 - Dragons ROAR! - - Level 2 - Causes enemies to get scared, making them have a 30% rate of missing there attacks. However if it hits a Dragon breed Ally/Enemy it gives them a bonus attack speed of 20.
W - Active - Area Effect (Range 700) - Duration 7 - Dragons ROAR! - - Level 3 - Causes enemies to get scared, making them have a 45% rate of missing there attacks. However if it hits a Dragon breed Ally/Enemy it gives them a bonus attack speed of 30.
W - Active - Area Effect (Range 800) - Duration 8 - Dragons ROAR! - - Level 4 - Causes enemies to get scared, making them have a 60% rate of missing there attacks. However if it hits a Dragon breed Ally/Enemy it gives them a bonus attack speed of 40.
E - PASSIVE - Hardened Dragon Scales - Level 1 - 10% Chance of rebounding an enemies attack for 30% damage to the nearest enemy.
E - PASSIVE - Hardened Dragon Scales - Level 2 - 20% Chance of rebounding an enemies attack for 60% damage to the nearest enemy.
E - PASSIVE - Hardened Dragon Scales - Level 3 - 30% Chance of rebounding an enemies attack for 90% damage to the nearest enemy.
E - PASSIVE - Hardened Dragon Scales - Level 4 - 40% Chance of rebound an enemies attack for 120% damage to the nearest enemy!
- Awakens your 2nd head making you have a 50% faster attack speed. Also giving 8% attack speed to allied heroes, and taking away 4% attack speed off nearby enemy heroes.
R - Aura - Allied Heroes - Duration - 10 - Level 2 - Awaken! - Awakens your 2nd head making you have a 50% faster attack speed. Also giving 16% attack speed to allied heroes, and taking away 8% attack speed off nearby enemy heroes.
R - Aura - Allied Heroes - Duration 10 - Level 3 - Awaken! - Awakens your 2nd head making you have a 50% faster attack speed. Also giving 24% attack speed to allied heroes, and taking away 12% attack speed off nearby enemy heroes.
R - Aura - Allied Heroes - Duration 10 - Level 4 - Awaken! - Awakens your 2nd head making you have a 50% faster attack speed. Also giving 32% attack speed to allied heroes, and taking away 16% attack speed off nearby enemy heroes.
T - Passive - Forever Evolving - Level 6 - Evolves to a slightly bigger dragon! (Now has 500 attack range, and 330 movement speed BUT decreases Attack Speed by 20).
T - Passive - Forever Evolving - Level 11 - Evolves to a bigger dragon! (Now has 600 attack range, and 390 movement speed, BUT decreases Attack Speed by 40).
T - Passive - Forever Evolving - Level 16 - Evolves to have a 2ND HEAD! Unlocking the 'R' Ability! (No increase in attack range or movement speed. No decrease in Attack Speed either. However unlocks another ability) So it will hit at -40 attack speed, and still have 600 attack range and 390 movement speed.
Please leave comments on if you like this or dislike this or things what need to be changed!!
Interensting, and it seems to take alot of inspiration from tiny, at least with the e and ult., but puts more emphisas on mobilty. But how does skill point distribution work? You have 3 normal abilities and 2 ultimates, all requiring the normal amount of skill poins. Where do the 3 extra points come from?
I like the idea, the formatting itself might need some work, dunno whether it's just me but I find it kinda hard to read. I don't know about hardened dragon scales however, the fact that it has a 40% chance to deal 120% damage BACK to the enemy might be a bit OP. Because once you get your second head, you'll be hitting so fast anyway that enemies will literally have no counter to you, especially crit heroes, poor poor Phantom Assassin. Because what this means is PA will crit for what? is it 275% damage, which will then get slightly more than doubled again, so say the crit deals 300 damage, 100% of that is 600 damage, and thats without the extra 20%. Dunno, might be a bit op. Good idea nonetheless.

For the damage, I meant 120% not 220% so if PA hits say.. 100, they'll get hit back with 120. Not 220%. Thanks for the review though! :D

Call me dumb but what do you mean by the extra 3 points? :S
Also it's suppose to be 1 ultimate (The passive) But the 3rd point on this ultimate unlocks the ability so 4 abilities 1 ultimate :o
EDIT: Also, yes it's kind of inspired by Tiny, also the fact that I'd like to see some more Dragon-Breed heroes in the game! :P
what I mean is the passive R ability that unlocks when he reaches level 16. It has 4 levels to it, so he has 5 abilitys that scale with levels. How do you level up the unlocked ability when you are 16 without sacrificing stats? overall there are 19 required points to level up his abilitys fully. most heroes have 15. I dont know if you accedently made that ability scalling, but the way it is he permenantly loses 8 strength 8 agility and 8 intelligence
