Summary: Abizz is a Powerful Intelligence Hero capable of adapting into almost any situation. He gains bonus effects depending on his major stat. If Abizz has more Strength than agility and Intelligence, His (Q) Seismic Smash gets enhanced, healing him based on much damage he has done. If his Agility stat is higher than his Strength and Intelligence stat, his (W) Flame Beam, gets enhanced, adding a slow to his attacks and hastening him while his ability is still up. If his Intelligence stat is higher than his Strength and Agility, His (E) Lightning Bolt gets enhanced, striping enemies current hp. With an Agh's scepter equipped, he gains the power to shift his stats allowing Abizz to manually adjust his stats. Lastly his ultimate, Tri Force Beam is a devastating ability capable of destroying groups of foes in his wake. His ultimate also gains bonus effects base on his major stat.
Lore: Abizz was part of an ancient race of beings called the Elementons that were granted powers from Earth, Storm and Ember spirit. All Elementons were trained to control all three powers in balence and the ones who favor one power over another would be eliminated brutally in order to keep balence. Abizz was the first Elementon that mastered all three powers but had a secret flaw. Having to hit the maximum of his powers, Abizz hated the three spirits for not granting his kind more power. After Years of isolation and vicious meditation, he Learned something none of his kind never would dare do. Abizz was capable of shifting his powers, making one power stronger while making the other two weaker. Storm, Earth and Ember Spirts feared Abizz's special power and order his race to kill him in order to keep balance. The Elementons labeled Abizz as a Traitor and order him killed. Abizz had to protect his powers, so he decides to wipe out his own race, becoming the last Elementon. Today the three spirits hunt down Abizz in order to keep balence. Abizz decided its time to take them on in the Ancient battlefield.

Details: Abizz slams his fists onto the ground in a line dealing damage and stunning. The Damage scales with Strength. If Abizz’s Strength stat is higher than agility and intelligence, it gains a bonus effect. The bonus effect: Seismic Smash will be Heal Abizz based on the total amount of damage he did per cast. "Abizz's Smashes causes trembles inside the earth"

(W) Flaming Chains:
Details: Abizz Lashes out a skillshot flame chain that sticks to the first enemy hit. As long the chain sticks to them, it burns their hp until they get too far. If they stay too long with Abizz with the flame chain on them, Abizz will yank the chain dealing bonus damage that scales with agility. If his Agility stat is higher than his Strength and Intelligence stat, it gains a bonus effect. Bonus effect: Yanking the chain will put a heavy slow on the target "Abizz's Chains Remind him the harsh lessons his kind learned"

[*] If Agility is the majority stat, Abizz's looks will change into a Fiery glow and the ability icon will glow Red
[*] If the talent was selected, the three chains will spread out in a 180 degree arc
(E) Lightning Chain:
Details: Abizz shoots a bolt of blue that bounces in between enemies dealing damage. The damage scales with Abizz’s intelligence. If Abizz’s intelligence stat is higher than strength and agility, it gains a bonus effect. Bonus effect: the bolts will deal extra current health damage "Abizz's Lighting Bolts can cause a quite "Shocking" effect"

(R) Tri Force Beam:
Details: Abizz’s channels a devastating beam dealing heavy damage. Abizz’s major stat will provide a unique effect "what the Spirits fear the most is that Abizz is capable of combine all three powers into a devastating beam"
Strength:the beam will periodically mini stun enemies every second
Agility:the beam will slow down enemies and continues to slow them down as long the beam is focused on them
Intelligence:the beam will deal bonus damage base on enemy max health

Seeing as you've reworked flame fist into flaming chain, I think you should also rework Seismic Smash.
Right now it is just an Earth Spike clone. I am confident there are more interesting earth spells out there.
Since the lightning spell already does damage, you could have it create a wall perpendicular to the hero and have nothing to do with damage at all (this is especially good because it combos with the flaming chain). With that idea, the primary stat thing could make it so it the wall is only impassable for enemies but not allies.
Also, make sure to specify how the attribute is chosen for his D, how fast the projectile travels for his e, how the extra chains work (extra charges, random prioritizing heroes, just random, etc), and how the ultimate is targeted (ground or unit).
