Pub VS Rank

Recently, matches in Pub and Rank, their skill level I can say they are getting closer.
People doesn't really communicate in both kinds of games and I sometimes will break the ice and start talking about a plan. Only a few will reply and most of them just says 'Shut up and play'.

People starts to not buy ward anymore although they are supports, when I ask why, they say 'I'm hard support'. Then I was like 'wut'..

Guys, do you see any more differences between Pub and Ranked? What I see is that: some people that are over Level 13 still plays Pub and are trying to master their levels before playing Pub, some people just wants to get to level 13 as quickly as possible to play ranked even though they haven't fully know about the game yet.

Nowadays, it is somewhat hard to win games with people who doesn't help the team, and ironically, you always get paired with them.
