My PC can handle DOTA comfortably on all settings maxed. However, with VSync off, I get incredibly annoying screen tearing, and with it on, my FPS occasionally drops down to and stays locked at 30 (it generally goes back to 60 after sometime).
Is there any way, any certain settings, maybe console commands, with which I can keep my FPS at 60 reliably? I guess I'd also like to know what settings do you guys prefer.
