Need a Support kind of item like this.....

Rune Collector:
-attack speed reduced
-turn radius speed increased maybe
-Activate skill: "Rune Calling" can be cast on any rune if there is vision of the rune and after x amount of second and channeling imbues the rune upon the caster

whoever casts on the rune first gets the rune obviously.

rune can be manually stolen from the channel.

a support item like this would make playing support more appealing and in particular circumstances a speed rune would help when casting a smoke to set some wards around areas with less risk and penalty.
