-Hi guys, Having great success with Lone Druid, read a ton of guides / watched replays / watched bull****s 1 hour guide. won past 7/8 games with him (had 400-1200 ping on game I lost cause someone in house was downloading windows 10) I know I'm playing the hero fairly well but when I want to learn a hero I want to fully understand it as much as possible and play at least 60 games on it to learn as much as I can.
-Curious if what I'm building is most efficient and how I could improve it.
-Generally I feel most comfortable going offlane because as an offlane & support player & someone who plays all the micro intensive heroes I can exploit the mechanics well such as making their supports feel useless / make them have double waves so I can farm under my tower / block their camp / zone them out with the bear. Also I feel less pressure not being the pos 1 farmer so I make better decisions. However I play LD a lot like an Antimage and only split push which is why my scores aren't amazing but I did get acknowledgement from a lot of people in game for my performance. Choosing to only rat has worked wonders
-My items:
Start of game: Hero - 1 set of tangoes / 2 iron branches Bear - Stout shield / Ring of protection
-The 2 branches are the sense of security of having over 500hp at the start of game, I don't ask for offlane ward cause I can mess up the equilibrium / mess up the pulls enough that I have tower safety at most times. I will rush tranquil boots and constantly switch them between the hero and bear to keep them both topped up with hp. If their trilene is weak I'll get orb of venom on bear, I will try get midas by 12 minutes (even if it's late the +30 attack speed on bear seems good regardless for more entangles)
-Mid game - I generally just don't get radiance cause playing in offlane It will be too slow but I get a value cloak on both the bear and the hero as my hp pool is so high in druid form that having that much magical resistance is insanely good (especially in this magical damage meta) I will rush a maelstrom on the bear and just keep pushing lanes, bulldog said MoM is gimmicky but I find it extremely good on the bear as it helps chase / take towers faster with demolish.. Phase boots will be bought on bear, and the cloak on hero will go into glimmer cape to help the bear escape chain stuns / get the hero out of very bad situations.
-Mid/Late game: I will get a Hyperstone on the bear for even more attack speed, at this point the enemy team is tilting cause they're so frustrated with the split pushing. I will have like only 76 base damage on the bear but so much attackspeed that when I reach the tower I just turn on battlecry and it makes up for not having any actual damage items. This will be built into an Assault cuirass where at this point I'm confident to fight with team if things are going terrible.
-Late game: I don't really like Aghs because the stats on the hero are pretty unnecessary since you generally don't need stats on the hero cause the bear does the hard work. Will upgrade to Mjolnir and occasionally get a BKB on the bear, if I do plan to participate in fights the cloak on bear will go into a Pipe, I'm a bit stuck here of what's most efficient in terms of damage now for the bear,
-Desolater - I don't see any pros get this item on bear but on theory it does sound good to me? more minus armour against structures and entangle in physical damage so it buffs that passive aswell?
-Deadulus - Crits on the bear, EG.Fear seems to get this
-Moonshard - Is just straight up attackspeed without damage relying on the demolish ability more efficient? and then relying solely on battlecry to do the best you can in team fights.
-I feel as though If I do try build items on the hero to fight I will get focused too hard and or kited, but if it's on the bear they generally wont like to deal with it cause they know I could summon a new one (Kind of like Wraith King in a teamfight)
TLDR: What is the most efficient damage items on bear 30+ minutes into the game? Do I rely on just attack speed/demolish/battlecry or do I get damage item aswell?
