Doom Bringer's consume

How does the passive work for Alpha wolf? And would it stack with Daedalus?
I see it four ways:
~i'll assume you have a Daedalus and the passive~
1. You have a 20% chance to crit for 200% and a 25% chance to crit for 250%. In theory this would mean that you could proc both at the same time for massive damage.
2. The passive adds 20% chance and 25% chance in addition to adding crit damage, resulting in 45% chance and 450% damage.
3. The passive adds 20% crit chance and 25% crit chance, but the crit damage is flat. So you end up with 45% chance and 250% damage.
4. The two don't stack at all and you end up with only the Daedalus passive.

If anyone has any solid evidence as to how it works please post it.

I believe it just takes the higher value of the two.
