i saw a few of my friends already playing elder titan and i even got one in my team once but how does it come that i cant pick him in games ? he is literally not there in the hero selection for me.

Were you playing Captains Mode? If not, then I think you should try to reinstall the game because he's been out for about a week already.

no i tried it in bot games and all pick pubs.. and i just updated the game.. well but i try to reinstall it today

Sounds like you were modifying the game files, and since the modified ones don't update if you have -override_vpk in the launch options then new heroes or balance changes will not take effect in bot matches, and in other matches will have lots of weird effects.

I did that, and I couldn't buy anything with a stock, like wards, gem, couriers, or dust.
Stop the bad pub supports!
