Due to the change of 6.78 timbersaws mana demands are much less.
Do you think bloodstone is still the core item to get for him?

Its a nice item to get considering he is a very good ganker and the charges can stack up. Its only if he gets a good start though. Some cheaper alternatives could be urn or euls. Shiva's also is a item that works well on him.
