Hello. One of my friends recently got banned from the Ventrillo server due to this poor internet connection which caused him to DC and automatically log back in too many times (spam) which resulted in him getting banned. His internet is better now and we tend to use the server for our Dota games. Is there a Ventrillo admin that I could PM about my friends recent ban?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong section of the forum.
