some random trollers who dislikes a person like me started disliking my guides so no one can use them and please help me and block them from liking and disliking guides.

I know a person if he dislike with a purpose or dislike for fun and troll.

I just looked into this and it seems like the negative votes you've received are from legitimate unique users. We unfortunately cannot do anything but suggest you to improve the quality of your guides in order to receive better votes.

they should have some sort of comment first before they like or dislike the serious one.

I know, usually it's better for them to provide feedback in order for the author to improve his guide, but not everyone invests the effort to do so.
