When you open www.dotafire.com there is a section called LATEST DOTA 2 BUILD GUIDES (HERO GUIDES)and its right in front of your face ,I would like to ask how can my guide go there I mean what are the requirements or whatever its called .

how does that work I mean this guide http://www.dotafire.com/dota-2/guide/noobcakes-guide-to-troll-warlord-4201 has only 6 votes and it still up there ?

Yeah, because he has 6 positive votes and 0 negative votes. Negative votes matter as well. The guide with the best 'score' are there.
