General:
Tathadel is a concept I had a while ago and have slowly tweaked before actually developing it.

The basic premise was a relatively complex support hero with a large degree of versatility but a focus on aoe debuffing. I also tried to focus on synergies with other heroes such as: Rupture/Dream Coil + Glissando, Spear of Mars + Glissando, Illusion/Summoner Heroes + Vivace, Freezing Field/Supernova/big team-fight abilities + Malignant Melody etc etc.

Letando
Tathadel creates a draining sound wave to strike enemies in a wide line in front of him. Enemies hit by this attack are slowed for 6 seconds and take damage. Both Letando and Vivace are levelled simultaneously and when Lentando is used Vivace is put on half CD.

Vivace
Tathadel creates an uplifting sound wave to strike allies in a cone in front of him. Allies hit by this are healed and gain a movement speed buff for 8 seconds. Tathadel is not affected by the heal/speed boost, however, enemies under the effect of glissando can be affected by the speed boost for Glissando's duration. Both Letando and Vivace are levelled simultaneously and when Vivace is used Letando is put on half CD.

Glissando
Causes targeted enemy unit to slide with increasing momentum, meaning that if they are moving in a certain direction when Glissando is cast or move while affected by the Glissando debuff they will be unable to stop moving in that direction. Units affected by Glissando are phased, can break the movement speed cap, are counted as rooted for some abilities (like blink and phase-shift), cannot be slowed and also are stunned if they hit a wall/terrain. Stun duration scales with how fast the targeted unit was going when they crash. (Works with forced movement abilities/items)

Tathadel curses an enemy to more than metaphorically slip up on their movements.

Once in Whitespire, Tathatdel drew irritated by the bickering and arguments of his patrons, to the point where he snapped and cursed all around him to silence.

Ultimate Abilities

R
Malignant Melody
Tathadel selects a piece of orchestral music from his magical repertoire and begins to conduct. A pillar grows beneath Tathadel and he becomes spell immune. No matter the speed played the ultimate will last a set duration.

The player must move their mouse in time with the beat backwards and forwards (like a baton but only moving left to right with) with arcs as the movement being allowed. When the mouse stops and turns around that will register as one beat, meaning that the player can either play slower to try to have more accuracy or faster to have more effects . By itself the movement of the mouse continues playing the piece and messing up the timing or stopping your mouse will result in the piece briefly slowing or stopping altogether based on the degree of error.

If Tathadel makes too many or too grave of an error in this state then he will be removed from his ult, stunned for 4 seconds and take 1/2 of his HP as DMG.

The q-e buttons will be replaced by separate abilities in this state and the r button can be used to cancel the Ult. Above their respective buttons, there will be a track with incoming notes to play (similar to well known rhythm games). Upon successful timing of the note, an effect will take place whereas messing up the timing will result in a brief disable of that particular ability.

The first ability and second ability, high note and low note respectively, will have similar effects but to different degrees. A high note sends out a pulse dealing damage and very briefly slowing whereas the low note will have a stronger slow but deal less damage. The third ability, percussion, will mini stun enemies hit by its pulse on successful timing.

There are approximately four notes every beat with some variation depending on the timing in the ultimate. At the start, there will be fewer notes whereas at the end there will be more. There is a range of 0-1 beats per second allowed.
