Rivir is a force of nature, constantly Shifting between using Water to disrupt his opponents and Lightning to strike them down. Wave and Current embody this dual nature, allowing him to control or crush swarms of enemies as he pleases. He is at his strongest when using one state to empower the other, naturally flowing between states. Conduit is the crux of this potential, preparing his foes in one Form before swapping to another to maximize his power. Diverge is the Elemental Force’s ace in the hole, splitting up to truly devastate the battlefield. Mastery over both Bodies grants him his strengths simultaneously along with a deadly finisher of his choice. Struggle and drown or be shocked and smote, the raging storm takes no survivors.
Enemies can be damaged once per forward travel and once per return travel per cast.
Successive slows stack and refresh the whole duration.
The wave flows back in the direction it came from and will not follow Rivir’s position.
Swapping states mid-flight will change the wave’s effect.
Current

Water: Root enemies around it. Lightning: Damage enemies around it.
Ability: Target Unit Mana Cost: 125 Cooldown: 12, 10, 8, 6 Range: 500, 600, 700, 800 Radius: 300 Root: 2 Damage: Magical Damage: 15% of their Max Health
Notes
If the primary target was an enemy, it will not be affected by either effect.
Conduit
Attacks gain bonus effects based on his current Form.
Water: Splash around the target, lowering their magic resistance for 3 seconds. Lightning: Deal bonus damage to the target, lowering its status resistance for 6 seconds.
