Nicolò is a member of the secret cult that practices the art of puppet making. Disguised as artists, they are in fact powerful manipulators that some believe are ruling the world. Master of confusion and reality dictation, Nicolò is a feared entity across the world by the moniker "The Puppet Master". His booby traps and puppets are so deadly that they enable him to take on a whole army all by himself. Nobody knows exactly what Nicolò went through to become the member of the secret cult, but as they deduce that his sadism is the result of the traumatizing experience, it must be haunting.

Primary Abilities

Mysterious box

Nicolò throws out a box whose content depends on the target.

If the target is an enemy hero, the box will summon a wall of 8 wooden puppets that deals 60/80/100/120 magical damage in a 200 radius AoE and pushes the target 500 units forward. The wall will face the same direction as Nicolò does when he casts the spell and is impassable. The puppets will attack any enemies approach them. The puppets deal 24/30/36/42 physical damage and has attack range of 100. Enemy heroes can attack the wall to destroy it. The number of hits required is 4/6/8/10 respectively.

If the spell is casted on the ground, it will create a revolving pole with blades attached which will cut any enemy in a 200 radius AoE. Enemy heroes cut by it will be stunned for 0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds and take 30/40/50/60 damage/s as long as they stay within the are of effect. The stun effect will be reapplied after an interval of 4.5 seconds.

Nicolò puts an wooden armor on an allied hero or an unit under his control. The armor is linked to Nicolo and will end premature if the target is more than 1200 units away from him. Nicolo can end the skill anytime by using it again. The CD will start after the duration of the skill or after it is cancelled.

If the target is a hero, he will be granted 5/7/9/12 armor, 20% status resistance and 12/20/28/36% attack damage but gets his MS slowed by 15/12/10/8%. Nicolo can use 2 additional skills when clicking on the target.
- Reposition: Pulls the target to a location within a 900 AoE aound Nicolo. 01 charge. 100 mana cost.
- Miasma: Releases a cloud of poisonous gas in a 300 radius AoE around the target for 6 s. The gas will disarm enemies and cause 60/80/100/120 damage/s for 3 s. 01 charge. 70 mana cost.

If the target is a non-hero unit, it will be turned into an assault puppet.

Sacrificial effigy - Swaps position with an allied hero. The hero will take the appearance of the nearest enemy. The disguise will dispel upon attacking or using spell.

BOOBY TRAP

Nicolò sets up 1 of the following 3 traps:
- Parasitic plant: Turns a tree into a trap that will mark any enemy heroes passing by the area of 700 radius around it. If the target enters the 500 radius AoE around the tree after being marked, it will be pulled into the tree and stuns while also becoming invisible to his allies for 2/3/4/5 s. Creates an illusion of the target at the position before he is pulled to the tree which does no damage and will be destroyed by damage. The tree will then become eligible to being attacked by the enemies. Requires 3/5/7/9 hits to destroy the tree. The effect will end if the tree is destroyed.

- Carnivorous plant: Creates an area of 300 radius and plants the seed of a carnivorous plant there. If the enemies stand above that area for more than 3 s, poisonous ivies will grow from the ground and root all enemies within the area for 2.5/3/3.5/4 s. Enemies caught by the plant will be silenced and muted and their HP will erode at the pace of 5% max HP/s. Nicolo's attack and skills will do pure damage to those caught. The plant will then become eligible to being attacked by the enemies. Requires 2/3/4/5 hits to destroy the plant. The effect will end if the plant is destroyed.

- Crawling puppet: Uses on a enemy hero. Creates a puppet 600 radius in front of the target which lasts 4/5/6/7 s. The puppet will move towards the target at 450 MS if the target turns his back to the puppet. Upon reaching the target, the puppet will latch into him, stunning him for 1.5/2/2.5/3 s and dealing 80/100/120/150 damage.

At any time, only 02 traps are allowed.

Additional skill: CHOOSE THE TRAP - Change the trap currently chosen by the order: Parasitic plant -> Carnivorous plant -> Crawling puppet and repeat. NO CD. No mana cost. Hotkey: D.

Ultimate Abilities

THE GRAND ILLUSION

Nicolò becomes invisible for 10/20/30 s and leaves behind a illusion of himself that takes 200/150/100% damage. The illusion can use Nicolò's basic spells and item abilities which will have no effect and damage. The illusion will end when Nicolò breaks the invisibility. Upon revealing himself, Nicolò will summon illusions by his sides to mimic his actions. One of the two will have its spells deal half the damage and have no effect while the other will deal no damage but their effects will still apply at half of the the original's protency and duration. Grants Nicolò the Haunting memories skill.

- Haunting memories: Causing all heroes being affected by Nicolò's traps to enter a state of paranoia for 6/8/10 s. During the period, they will be Feared for 1 s every 2 s. If the targets can't move, they will be stunned for 0.5 s instead. Nicolo's attack and skills will do pure damage to those affected. 01 charge.
