Immobilizes the target enemy unit for certain duration, deals damage over time, damage depends on Int. points difference, works differently on non hero units, fully taking control over them.
CEREBRAL PULSE
Releases beam of neuropathic pulses that causes confusion, deals area damage, slow and make some of the affected enemy units attack miss.
SANITY BREAK
Passively reduces enemy hero units' Int points over time, effect last as long as they remain inside the aura radius, soon as they step away from the radius the effect would lingers for short duration then completely fades.
Int points reductions are temporary and would return to normal soon as the effect fades.
