Hero Lore:


Hierarchy. Pyramids. One being ranks above the other. It has always been that way, it was the norm between gods and men and the universe. Creators over creation. The maker and its object. Should a mortal ever hope to go beyond his or her nature?

There were plenty of 'exceptions', some would say. But these groups and their kin have their own ranks to be overshadowed by another group, arranged between orders of magnitude and scope of what they're able to comprehend and manipulate. And everything falls into place, following the rules of the playing field they live in. But someone might want to bend these rules or perhaps... break them.

Celestine was deemed herself to be another of countless mortals playing around their own filth, never dreaming beyond their limits. But it seems through infinite possibilities, there'll be a mortal destined to break the pyramid of power... and usurp the throne of divines.

Introduction:


Celestine is an Agility hero that heavily depends on her skillset to thrive and survive. With abysmal base stats, early stat items benefit her greatly during the laning phase. Getting some inspiration with Ramza Beoulve's 'Onion Knight', her abilities are simple and require all her attributes to be effective. Her first ability, Challenge, taunts an enemy into combat that reduces all incoming damage from all other sources while she gains additional attack damage depending on damage taken, which makes it somewhat of an all-in. This synergizes well with Sleight of Traits, which steals the enemies passives to be her own for a long period of time. This ability can mute a passive until death or after a minute, which is surprisingly long. This could also give her the opportunity to 'borrow' multiple passives, increasing her survivability and/or power. Triunity makes her able to become a Strength or Intelligence hero temporarily if she needs to be, or further increase her Agility, increasing her viability for situational metas. Lastly, her ultimate Limit Breaker is her core ability to overpower about everyone, when given enough time.

Though she will be a PAIN to babysit in the early game, she will carry her team later on with raw potential. Like her lore states, she is just a meek human being... trying to break her limiter.

Takes randomly an enemy's passive, specifically muting it and gain the benefits for herself. If there are no passives available, she will instead take a chunk of the enemy's main attribute.

Limit Breaker
Increases attributes over time permanently which stops progress during death. Removes movespeed and attack speed limits in levels 1 and 2. Adds increased movespeed and attackspeed over time permanent stats at level 3. This skill is retroactive. Same goes with MS and AS bonuses when reaching level 3.
