Monster Hunter

When the creatures are dragged through town the whispers of the townsfolk are not for the shock of seeing such a nightmare before their eyes. Their whispers are for the very man that drags its body through the streets, the blood spills marking the paved road the Monster Hunter walks on. He does not hunt for a price, he does not hunt for the empire, he does not hunt to impress, he hunts because he wants to spill the blood of the unnatural. The blood of the abominations he hunts, and for the pleasure of knowing there is one less disgusting menance alive.

Wolf's Jaw
Summons a head of a Wolf that moves in a line, the first Enemy Unit it hit will be rooted for 1/1.8/2.5/3. Reduces Enemy Unit's Armor for the duration of the root. (800 Range, Pudgehook laws)

The Blunderbuss deals damage based off the amount of shots remaining in Silver and Gold and also uses the special modifiers on the shots that have them. Knocks back the target and Increases next reload time.

Lethal Burst
The Monster Hunter attacks deals more damage with his normal attacks the less HP the target has, he also gains movement speed for killing a target. Effect reduced on creeps.
The passive also gives the following effects:
- 8th shot now critically strikes for 2x
- 4th shot slows for 8% for 1.5 seconds.

Stats

Calix stats are up to discussion but the most underlying parts about the hero is that:

- Small sized mana pool
- Agility is his primary attribute.
- Limited shots with a decently sized disarm time.
- Hp is low and Movement speed is okay to below average.

+ His base attack damage is around 60 - 65
+ Base attack time is medium to fast
+ Projectile speed is fast
+ Spikes Mid Game and has an incredibly strong late game.
+ Through talents he can modify his playstyle to be crowd control or full-out damage.

Playstyle

Core
This hero is definitely a "Core Only" hero, with a limited amount of attacks and a large arsenal of variety. This is the kind of hero you want in your mid game team fights.

Because of the variety of talents he has at his disposal, he can build to be a control type hero, solid for a mid lane in the mid-game. He can also be purely built as a Carry, with an opportunity for shots that life Steal and True Strike in his attacks. As you can see, his talent tree is built so that he can decide which half of his Set of bullets he wishes to utilize, or the player can simply split between them and choose one thing from each side (ETC Stun and Lifesteal).

This makes his playstyle ranging but also all over the place if the player cannot itemize and skill the correct talents he can easily become a very irrelevant hero later on. His ultimate relies on the enemy being injured in the first place and has problems being easily chased down.

Core items would be damage increasing and defensive items such as BKB, Butterfly, Skadi, Silver Edge, Hurricane Pike.
Other Situational items include Blink Dagger, Assault Cuirass, Bloodthorn, MKB.
