Kunkka needs Daedalus to put out considerable damage. Shadowblade is only worth it if you get it early enough. Otherwise the enemy will just have enough gold to buy as much dust and wards as they want.
Bloodstone is an interesting idea. But I feel like for almost the same cost, HoT gets you more. If you want more durability, it's the way to go. Kunkka just doesn't have any spammable spells that facilitate it. The denial is nice, but I dunno.
I'll have to try it. But until item explanations are added and a lot of other stuff as well, and the guide is complete no +1 from me.
