I think this guy is doing something wrong.His guide doesn't even show in the ne guides section on the front page and he already has 2.5K views.Something is fishy :/

Ring of Aquila is 1010 gold and also gives more DPS than phase boots. I'd probably get boots 3rd if you're going to go full out afk jungle for 10 mins.
