I don't really get the MoM, but that's my bias against the item. It seems to have very poor synergy with Tiny's ultimate.
Soul Ring replaces the need for Arcane Boots. I understand that.
I would put Bottle in the normal set, remove MoM and all the other attack-speed items, put in some more tankiness and initiation and disables (Vyse, Pipe, Hood, Shiva's, etc.).
Don't listen to trolls like dmnRO. He's not making any sense.
Your items turn Tiny into a weak hero.
1. You talk about your role in a team but you neglect the role of tiny himself. Of course you will get the Arcane. Why? Because if you don't spend all your 500 gold from the start but keep 200, you will got to the bottom lane, you will tell your teammate to help you last hit the first few waves, at level 4 you can clear a wave with toss and avalanche if you know how to damage them before using the spells. So you will have arcane very fast, your teammate will spam his spells and you will control the lane.
You will even get towers if you know how to toss to damage buildings. Why put a burden on your teammates to buy Arcane when you can farm very fast if you take the Long Lane.
2. Mask of Madness? I know you said that this is your build, but please kept it to yourself, don't learn others to play tiny like this... they will ruin many games. I think you only play against noobs that allow you this kind of freedom. Against players with half a brain you would know that at level 14-15 Tiny is target with spells from the start because you will kill him or you will make him run the team fight. You don't hit Tiny with auto attack in team fight because you will risk getting stunned. So if a team has for example Lina and she waits for you to go FTW with a blink strike and MoM on, all she has to do is hit you with Laguna and you are bye bye.
Tiny is already a hero to be focused with nukes in battles, don't make it even more of a target.
When you do a build, you make it 100% bullet proof. You make it so even if you are losing it will not be your fault. Against average players and weak line-ups you will succeed with this guide, but not because the build is good. You will succeed because Tiny at level 8 can solo kills most heroes in game in 1vs1 situations.
When you do a guide you need valid reason to why should people will vote and use your guide. Saying that you think this is fun and you like it doesn't mean people should use it. My belief is that Tiny can use many items. The core should be arcane & dagger. What you do next depends on the situation in the game like: what heroes are you playing against, what heroes does your team have, how is the tower situation, do you more towers, do they have less? Are the enemies outfarmed? Are the enemies above your level? Are they roaming together in a group of five and kill you one by one?
